On June 28th, we had a surprise party for Laurie in Omaha at Upstream. It was pretty tricky, because John had to drive her 5+ hours with out letting her know the plan. They were running late, so John did a great job by getting her there with out having to tell her. She thought she was just going out to eat with Scott and Eliza and then staying at their house that night. They were to pick up their puppy the next day in Iowa.

We had a fun night and I think Laurie did too! Surprise parties are stressful, but definitely worth it! :)
