Valentine's Day is here! (or was here because I am soooo behind on blogging.) I have gotten to the point that I enjoy looking back on the blog, so I feel like I am doing this just so I have a reason to take more pictures. ha ha! I don't know why I have been slacking lately, but I will try to improve. :)
Anyway, we took pictures for our Valentine's this year. I had done this with Lily a few years ago and thought it would be cute for both of them to do it. :)
They turned out cute!!!!
Lily had a lot of Valentine's to write. We sent it to family too....hopefully the suckers didn't get crushed. :)

I didn't have to work on February 13th, so I could slow down with the kids in the morning and do her hair cute...
She got a lot of compliments. :)
I took Hud to Heather's so I could get some shopping done before Lily's V-day party at school. Me and a few other moms were able to be there. I played a game with the kids that a mom did in my classroom. "Don't Eat Pete!" They loved it!

Cute kids. I had a great time at her party. I have gotten the opportunity to do this two years now! I hope this continues.
On Saturday morning we gave the kids their gifts.
One of their gifts was hidden in the basement........
We brought them upstairs so we could watch them.

Holly and I lined up the day to give each of us a date. The Leth girls came over for a few hours in the afternoon and then our kids went to their house for a few hours at night.
It was a great idea, but I don't think either of our dates were extravagant. ha ah
We were hoping to eat sushi and then go to a movie. Well, every restaurant we tried, the wait would be an hour or so. So, we went to Hunan's. We went to the movies and American Sniper was sold out. :( So, we ended up going to Tiff's here in Doniphan for a few drinks and listened to some interesting karaoke. ha ha. It was nice to spend some time with Matt....we don't get to do that very often.
