Vala's Pumpkin Patch

The first weekend Matt was gone for hunting, me and the kids went to Omaha.  We wanted to hang out with Uncle Scott, Aunt Eliza, and the kids.  We also got to see Aunt Gigi!  On Friday we had fun playing around!

On Saturday morning, we had donuts and then headed to the Pumpkin Patch.  Lily and I hadn't been there in a couple years, so Hudson has never been there.  There was sooo much to see.

Lily really wanted to race me on the slide.

Hudson loved seeing the tractors!

Waiting for the pony rides!

Of course he loved the combine that was not apart of the Pumpkin patch.

We had a great visit to the pumpkin patch with the Ferzely family!

That evening, Eliza and I went to the movie "Gone Girl."  I had read the book this summer.  The movie was just like the book.  I knew it would end weird, so it was funny to hear the reaction of the whole theater.  :)

On Sunday morning we were able to go watch Caden play football in Gretna and to see Scott coach.

He is #49.

Great Job Caden!

We had a great weekend in Omaha!

~*Women of Faith*~

I was fortunate to go to Women of Faith with my friends the end of September.  It was at the Pinnacle Arena in Lincoln.  Asia's church was sending a bunch of ladies, so we sat with them.  We had a WONDERFUL time.

Our morning walk to the arena.

WOF selfies! :)

We got to listen to wonderful speakers and singers.  The two days went really fast.

Matthew West was great!

Meet Anyelis!!  I have chosen to sponsor her through World Vision.  Anyelis lives in Dominican Republic.  She is 5 years old and lives with her mom and extended family.  I am so excited for my family to support Anyelis and her community.  I am anxious to see how it works out and for us to get our first letter from her.

On our ride home.

Thank you Asia, Danielle, and Hayley for a great WOF trip.  It is so special to have friends to share this experience with.  Now....to get our Bible study planned. :)
