We love living by people we enjoy hanging out with. The random hangouts are the best. The Leth's came over and we grilled, played, and had a game of 4 square. :)

Hudson's Preschool Program (May 12th)
Hudson worked very hard on his Preschool program songs. He was excited for this night. I was bummed when I found out that my concert was the same night. This mommy hasn't missed much and I take pride in being involved with their activities. So, this was tough.
Everyone said he did well. I had a couple friends that sent me pics of him and Lily took a few. :)
He loved Mrs. Osborn and Mrs. Anspauch. He doesn't really understand why he has to leave them and be with someone else next year. :(

One year of preschool down and onto the next in September. He's excited!
Faith Hill and Tim McGraw Concert *Soul to Soul* (May 12th)
When I heard that Faith Hill and Tim McGraw were going to be doing a tour and coming to Nebraska, I wanted to go. Some of the girls said it too, so we got the ball rolling. Seven of us made plans to go. A few of us were missing things at home (I missed Hudson's preschool program), but girl time is worth it some times. We went to our hotel room first to get beautified and then grabbed an Uber to the concert. *Ubers are so convenient.

~~Hudson's 5th Birthday!!!!!~~
Hudson turned 5!!!!! A whole hand! :) I can't believe my sweet, ornery, strong willed, funny, active, smart, cute, brave, and loving little boy is 5. He had a very fun 3 days. His birthday, May 4th, was on a Thursday so he got to spend it with his daycare and preschool friends. Then he had his friend Brecken spend the night with us in the camper on Friday and then we worked cows on Saturday and celebrated with family. :)
He picked his first gift to open.
Daddy was already gone for work, so we showed him what he got.

He had been borrowing Mullen's helmet for the dirt bike. Now he has his own. :) Thanks Aunt Laurie and Uncle John for letting us borrow it.

Matt picked the boys up and set up the camper at Windmill. They enjoyed their afternoon fishing and playing with the water guns that Brecken got him.
In the morning we went to the barn and helped work cows. It was definitely a new experience for Brecken. He learned a lot of new things and I'm sure had lots of questions. ha ha!
Hud is trying to explain what he can to Brecken.
My job was marking down the cows and making sure it matches their records.
