On Friday, August 7th (first day back to work), we decided to go to the Strobel Race in McCool Junction again this year. They have an employee picnic beforehand which we were a little late too, but they left the food out for us. :)
It looked like it was going to storm, but it ended up being a great night!
Steve Strobel's son drives this truck. They had it there for kids to look at. Hudson loved it! :) Steve took this pic and sent it to Matt.
Matt knows these guys.....but Hudson doesn't. He really wanted to be one of the guys. ha ha

I can't say I would love to go to races all the time, but it is fun once in awhile. :)
We saw about 4 or 5 wrecks too. It was crazy.
We didn't bring safety glasses, so good thing mommy had 2 pairs of sunglasses in her purse. ha ha! :)
Kyle Berck is Steve Strobel's brother in law. He was the one we were cheering for. He was winning by a long ways and then he had engine issues and had to stop. That stinks!
