Happy Birthday Matt!

Matt's birthday was on Wednesday.  He opened up his gift in the morning!  We got him a dehydrator.  Now he can make his own jerky and we can have dried fruit!  He loves it.  In fact, he is working on his first batch of jerky. :)

Happy 32nd Matt.  I didn't get any other pictures from that day.  We met him in GI and ate at Texas Roadhouse.  Lily really wanted to him to sit on the saddle, but he didn't want to.  ha ha!  So, he didn't get serenaded. :(  Maybe next time! :)

Kindergarten Program

The two Kindergarten classes at Doniphan put on a program Tuesday night.  They had read an Eric Carle book and performed 9 different songs!

Hudson has bitten a few times at daycare, so I thought this shirt was PERFECT!  Ha ha ha.

I had a meeting on Halloween day, so I didn't get to experience the super excited first graders.  I on the other hand was excited to paint Lily's face and dress my little man into a pirate. :)

The Doniphan-Trumbull football team had their first playoff game, so the town was kinda quiet.  We went around our neighborhood and then drove to Ponderosa to trick or treat at Laura's and Chris/Dave's.

Our kids love Chris and Dave and I think they love them too!  It is fun to go visit them.  It has been our tradition for the last few years now.  The Baaschs and Blauhorns come too!

Our friends, Kurtis and Danielle had their baby girl on October 16th.

Pumpkin Patch 2013

On Sunday, we went to the Country Harvest Pumpkin Patch by Hastings.  It was pretty nice out and only needed jackets.  We had plenty of time to enjoy each area.

We finally made it to the bridge, but that was not the end.  This maze was definitely a good one.

We finally got out.  It was funny because many of us had been in the corn for awhile.  It seemed impossible!  Phew!
